FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a stand for holding a muscial instrument showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of our design, the only difference being the removal of the pegs, it being understood that all the other surfaces are the same as the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-6.
