FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view of the flower pot cover of FIG. 2 taken at 8--8 showing the lower band of connecting folds, the lower band of connecting folds being one of two bands of connected folds;

FIG. 9 is a cross sectional view of the flower pot cover of FIG. 2 taken at 9--9 showing both the billowing folds and the lack of connection of the folds in this area of the flower pot cover; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross sectional view of the flower pot cover of FIG. 2, taken at 10--10 showing the upper band of connected folds, the upper band being one of two bands of connected folds, the upper band showing the crimping connection of the folds.
