FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of a side thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of a side thereof which is opposed to the side shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.
