FIG. 1 is a top front and right side perspective view of an apparatus for supporting and dispensing fabrics or the like, illustrating my new design for a support plate, two such plates being illustrated, with representative portions shown in broken lines for environmental purposes only, and forming no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of one of such support plates shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being a mirror image; and,
FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
