FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a belt mounted passenger safety handle showing our new design, the dashed lines show conventional stitching;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view is a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of FIG. 1, the opposite side elevational view is plane and unornamented;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view of FIG. 1, the broken line showing of the belt is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
