FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of a metal wall stud;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of the configuration of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is an end view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The metal wall stud is broken away to indicate indefinite length.
