FIG. 2 is a side elevation of the combination hanger and rack for ties and belts of FIG. 1, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the combination hanger and rack for ties and belts of FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the combination hanger and rack for ties and belts of FIGS. 1-3.
