FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side view of a second embodiment of the communications earpiece; and,

FIG. 9 is a left side view thereof.

The undisclosed front, rear, top, and bottom views of the second embodiment are mirror images of the first embodiment.

The outline of the broken lines showing the cable attachment in FIGS. 2 and 7, and the broken lines showing the eartip in FIGS. 3 and 8 which define the bounds of the claimed design form no part thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 1-9 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
