FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation thereof, the rear and side elevations are the same; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevation of an alternate embodiment of the cover that differs from the first embodiment only in the changes in proportions that are shown in FIG. 4.
