FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the sole for a boot or shoe embodying the new design showing a boot upper in broken lines;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof showing a boot upper in broken lines; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showings in FIGS. 1 and 5 are for illustrative purpose and form no part of the claim.
