FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing our new design for a carry holder for shopping bags;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof with the opposite end being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a transverse cross-sectional view as taken in the direction of arrows 5--5 of FIG. 1.
