FIG. 1 is a top view of a new design for a balloon;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view taken 90.degree. with respect to FIG. 2, an opposite elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a view opposite that of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view.
