FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a tool handle showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line VII--VII on FIG. 3.

The broken lines showing the tool blade in each Figure are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The left side view of the tool handle would be identical to the right side view thereof.

The bottom view of the tool handle would be identical to the top view thereof.

The interior structure of the tool handle shown in FIG. 7 forms no part of the claimed design.
