FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a non-concealed binding fastener showing my new design, the ring binding structure and the binder cover depicted by means of broken lines have been shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of my design of FIG. 1;
