FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mom and tot haircutting cape embodying my new design in the position of use; the broken lines partially showing a woman and child being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view spread flat; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2.

The broken lines shown on the claimed cape throughout the views is understood to represent stitching.
