FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof.

The rear elevational view is identical to the front elevational view shown in FIG. 2 and the side not illustrated is identical to the side illustrated in FIG. 3.
