FIG. 6 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view thereof.

The broken line showing of the remainder of the electrical surge protector and of the circular element with two lines extending from the perimeter in FIG. 2 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
