FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a display advertiser and carrier, showing my new design, the opposite side elevational view being identical to that shown;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view, the opposite end elevational view being identical to that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view.

The broken line showing of an advertising tag in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
