FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sectional view along line 6--6 of FIG. 8;

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a bottom view thereof.
