FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, on an enlarged scale, the icon image is shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof, on an enlarged scale, the icon image is shown separately for clarity of illustration.
