FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combination beach towel and tote bag showing my new design as it appears in its spread-out configuration;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being identical in appearance; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
