FIG. 1 is a front, top and left perspective view of the heat dissipating audio amplifier housing showing my new design, shown with the unclaimed end cap on front removed for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear, top and left perspective view thereof, shown with the unclaimed end cap on rear removed for clarity of illustration.

The undisclosed right side view is identical to the left side view.

The broken line showing of the end caps on FIGS. 1 and 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
