FIG. 2 is a front elevation view without the top installed, the view from the back and sides being the same;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view without the top installed;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view with the top installed, the view from the back and sides being the same;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view with the top installed; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view identical to FIG. 4.

The top of the bottle in FIGS. 1-4 is removed for clarity of illustration.
