FIG. 1 is a top, end and side perspective view of a decorative ruler embodying my design;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
