FIG. 2 is a back elevational view of the child safety fan cover of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of the child safety fan cover of FIG. 1, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the child safety fan cover of FIG. 1, the bottom plan view a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines showing a fan in FIG. 3 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The cross-hatching in FIGS. 1-4, represents fabric and is understood to extend uniformly throughout the areas represented. The broken lines in FIGS. 1-4 represent stitching.
