FIG. 2 is a top view of the lighting fixture element;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the lighting fixture element;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the lighting fixture element; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the lighting fixture element.

The broken lines showing the how the lighting fixture element attaches to a rod are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. The stippling is for shading purposes only, and does not form part of the claimed design.
