FIG. 3 is a fragmentary enlarged top elevational plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 3 along the line 4--4 thereof.

The dotted line showing straps is for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
