FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dispenser for a roll of barber's neck strips showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a typical side elevational view thereof except for the front; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The bottom is devoid of ornamentation.
