FIG. 1 is a pictorial view taken from above and in front of a handle and handle base for luggage according to our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, and is also mirror image of the left side.;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 4 is an end cross-sectional view of the handle, taken along the lines 4--4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is an end cross-secional view of the handle, taken along the lines 5--5 of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 6 is an end cross-sectional view of the handle, taken along the lines 6--6 of FIG. 3.

The bottom of the base forms no part of the claimed design.
