FIG. 1 is a frontal and right side perspective view of a cellular telephone with pivotable belt clip/antenna showing our new design in an unfolded state, with the top slightly tilted forward;

FIG. 2 is a rear and right side perspective view thereof in an unfolded state, with the top slightly tilted forward;

FIG. 3 is a frontal and right side perspective view thereof in a folded state, with the top slightly tilted forward;

FIG. 4 is a rear and right side perspective view thereof in a folded state, with the top slightly tilted forward;

FIG. 5 is a right side perspective view thereof in a folded state;

FIG. 6 is a left side view perspective view thereof in a folded state; and,
