FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view taken from the rear, side and top thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view taken from the rear, side and top thereof and taken from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view opposite the side shown in FIG. 5.
