FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, in a fully assembled condition;
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1, the pieces in an alternative arrangement; and,
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of FIG. 3, in a fully assembled condition.
