FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the candle top cover of the present invention showing my new design with the phantom lines depicting solely environmental structure and forming no portion of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
