FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, with the cover removed for convenience of illustration, all other side views being identical thereto;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the cover removed from the pen for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom plan view thereof.
