FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an attachable slide disk for a walker showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective elevation view of the invention thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view thereof.

The broken line showing of a portion of a human walker in FIG. 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
