FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a trailer hitch cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof with the left side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof with the bottom plan view being identical; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

In FIG. 1, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
