FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof; taken from the left of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof; from the side opposite to that shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.
