FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, rotated 180.degree. clockwise from the ball of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof, rotated 45.degree. clockwise from the ball of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view rotated 45.degree. counterclockwise from the ball of FIG. 1.
