FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a face plate for a frozen food and beverage dispenser showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof with the dispenser structure shown in broken line outline, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the face plate; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line images shown in FIG. 1 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
