FIG. 1 is perspective view of an embodiment of a latch assembly embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of another embodiment of a latch assembly embodying my new design, the remaining views are the same as that shown in FIGS. 1-5.

The broken lines illustrating mounting holes of the latch assembly in FIGS. 1-6 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
