FIG. 2 is a front perspective thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof, the bottom view being the mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being the mirror image thereof.

The broken line showing of a handle bar, a handle bar grip and a retaining pin are all for illustrative purposes and form no part of the claimed design.
