FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of the cleat showing my new design with the left side elevational view being the same view as the right side elevational view.

FIG. 2 is a top view of the cleat of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a front end elevational view of the cleat of FIG. 1 with the rear end elevational view being the same view as the front end elevational view.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the cleat of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the cleat shown in FIG. 1.
