FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hand held reel for rolling elastic bandages embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof as seen from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end view there as seen from the handle end of the device;

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof as seen from the end opposite the handle end of the device;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof.
