FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of the motivational steering wheel showing my new design the characteristic feature of the design resides in FIG. 1. The bottom is flat and unornamented.

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of my new design. The other side is identical/symmetrical.

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of my new design; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of my new design.

The broken lines are shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
