FIG. 1 provides a perspective view of the ornamental design for a push-up hand rest produced in accordance with the teachings of this invention.

FIG. 2 provides a side view of the ornamental design for a push-up hand rest produced in accordance with the teachings of this invention. The other side is a mirror image of the side illustrated.

FIG. 3 provides a view from above of the ornamental design for a push-up hand rest produced in accordance with the teachings of this invention.

FIG. 4 provides an end view of the ornamental design for a push-up hand rest produced in accordance with the teachings of this invention. The other end is a mirror image of the end illustrated; and,
