Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of one perspective showing the top surface, the first side surface and the first end surface of my design showing my transformer pad having quadruple entry fork slots; FIG. 2 is an isometric view of another perspective showing the bottom surface, the second side surface and the second end surface of my design; FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view, the left side being the same thereof; FIG. 5 is an end view, the other end being the same thereof; and, FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a transformer pallet having quadruple entry fork slots, as shown and described.
