FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the binder ring mechanism of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of one side of the binder ring mechanism, the other side being identical in appearance; and,

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view of the binder ring mechanism, the other end also being identical in appearance.
