Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a surface pattern applied to a left side splashguard showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a right side view being a reverse identical surface pattern.

The splashguard is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a illuminated neon surface pattern applied to a splashguard, as shown and described.
