Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of device in use;

FIG. 2 is a side view of the high roller;

FIG. 3 is a front view;

FIG. 4 is a top view;

FIG. 5 is a sectional view along line 5—5 as shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a front view in an opened position;

FIG. 7 is a front view in a closed, angled position; and,

FIG. 8 is a front view in an opposite angled position.

The phantom representations of the utility pole, transformer and cable are made in the drawing merely for the purpose of illustrating the environment in which this invention is used. The structure shown in broken lines is not part of the design sought to be patented.
