Description

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the lower handle portion of a vacuum cleaner showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The vacuum cleaner illustrated in broken lines in FIG. 1 shows the environment in which the lower handle portion of a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention is used and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a lower handle portion of a vacuum cleaner, as shown and described.
